Nothing was missed in this community. The home has a lovely paved driveway, with stunning palm trees all around. Upon entering, you are greeted by a lovely open concept floor plan. To the right of the front door, you will find the first two bedrooms. The first bedroom has a queen-size bed, with plenty of closet space for personal belongings. Adjacent is the first bathroom, that has an updated vanity with a shower/tub combo. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed with plenty of dressers. Down the hall, you will find the large kitchen and living room. The fully-equipped kitchen has gorgeous granite countertops, all stainless-steel appliances, and barstool setting around the island to accommodate three. The gorgeous dining room has seating for six, with a small wine fridge for you to enjoy your favorite bottle of wine with your favorite meal. The spacious living room has a large L shaped couch with an adjoining chair. The living room has gorgeous views of the pool and lake. The third bedroom is right before the kitchen down a small hall. This room has two twin-size beds, with plenty of space to kick back and relax after a day out by the pool. Attached is the second bathroom, which has an updated vanity with a large shower/tub combo. The master bedroom awaits! This room has a queen-size bed, with plenty of space for your personal belongings. Attached is the master bathroom, which has a dual vanity, a large soaking tub, and a giant walk-in shower with a detachable showerhead. Your outdoor oasis awaits! The backyard overlooks the stunning lake and preserve. The large kidney-shaped pool and spa is the perfect place to soak up that Florida sunshine. There is outdoor seating for four and two sets of chaise lounges. Casa Serenity is the perfect home, for families to get together to make that Kodak moment vacation. Other favorite past times are boating and beachcombing at Lemon Bay Aquatic Preserve or make your way through a maze of tunnels carved from the mangrove forest with Phoenix Rising Kayak Tours. Here you will find a pelican rookery, dolphin hunting grounds, and if youre lucky- even a Florida Manatee! Pool and spa heating is optional, for an additional non-refundable fee of $25 per day + taxes to be paid directly to the management company after the reservation is confirmed.
