When you venture out, you will find you are just half mile away from the renowned St. Armand's circle, which offers endless boutique shopping and exquisite dining experiences. The best of all worlds! Luxurious 4 bedroom - 4 bathroom 3 story villa is beautifully furnished and is designed with multiple high end features including elevator access to all floors including the 360 degree panoramic deck (wonderful for star watching) that overlooks the Gulf of Mexico, St. Armand's, and the skyline of downtown Sarasota. Multiple patios are on every level with their own tables and chairs, perfect for that quiet cup of coffee in the morning or glass of wine in the evening. A chefs kitchen, with all cooking utensils provided, stainless appliances and large concrete island countertop - ideal for large family get togethers. Each floor has it's own washer and dryer unit and spacious living room each equipped with a queen sleeper sofa and 65" Smart TVs including cable and high speed internet access. Off of the living rooms, you will find large patios that overlook the canal, dock and the gorgeous saltwater pool. Each master suite has a king-size bed and daybed, Smart TV, and private balcony access with lovely views. Enjoy the full walk-in shower or relax in the large soaker tub along with the dual vanity equipped with amenities such as shampoo, conditioner, soaps, makeup cloths and soft fluffy towels. Each guest bedroom has a queen bed, private patio and bathroom with floor to ceiling tiled shower. There's a full game room on the ground floor with separate TV room. Games included are ping pong, foosball, etc. Game room sliding glass doors open up to the pool deck. The outside is a adventurers' dream. Aside from the spacious heated saltwater pool and lounging deck, we also have available kayaks, paddle boards and life preservers to explore the canal and the famous Mangrove Tunnels of Lido Key which are right around the bend from your dock! (Kayaks and paddle boards are available at no cost but each guest must sign individual waivers before use and life jackets must be worn at all times) Manatees, dolphins and multiple bird species can be seen right off your villa and every day is different and a new adventure to explore. Have a boat you would like to bring with you? We also have a dock and boat lift available for a separate fee. ( Boaters please note if you plan to dock a boat at the house; in order to exit the canal and enter Sarasota Bay, you will have to clear the Ringling Relief located under south Blvd of the Presidents. Florida Department of Transportation has charted a MHW (Mean High Water) of 9 feet. This is not the actual clearance at all times and will fluctuate with the tides.) Our canal goes right into Sarasota Bay where you can spend the entire day fishing or boating with your family and come directly back to your villa - how great is that?! And of course, last but not least, are the incredibly beautiful sandy beaches of Lido Key only steps away. We provide you with a few beach chairs, umbrellas and a handy beach wagon to make that sunny day complete - sandy toes and salty kisses here you come!
